Does membership include medication?
No. The $99 monthly membership covers virtual-care access and consultations. Prescribed medication is billed separately.
When is medication charged?
Medication is charged only after your prescription is confirmed, using the payment method you authorized.
Can I choose my dose and price?
You can select a medication, dose preference and price option to discuss. Your licensed provider confirms the appropriate prescription, and your final medication price is confirmed before payment.
How do refills work?
A new licensed-provider consultation is required for each refill. Open your virtual clinic using your membership email. The clinic confirms your membership and current program before sending your next exam.
Do I need another membership for a refill?
No. Your membership renews monthly. Use the same account for medication and refill requests. Active paid membership and provider approval are required. If payment is overdue, use Billing & Subscription in your portal to resolve the existing payment instead of starting another membership.
How do I cancel membership?
Membership renews monthly. Contact HealthWise at least 7 days before your next renewal to request cancellation.
Is approval guaranteed?
No. Eligibility, prescribing, and fulfillment depend on clinical review and applicable state requirements.
